[WT-support] support Digest, Vol 40, Issue 8

Hello Bob and Larry.
Today i partecipate at the IOTA HF Contest using WT 4.58.0 dev nightly 981 and with S&P + ESM works like a charm.
I picked up every call from Radio 1.

Used fron the beginning of the IOTA Contest and not problem after 7 hour (all on S&P)

"Little pistol" statations (like me __) make extensive use of S&P instead of RUN so the update is welcome.


I'll certainly give a try at thy build 981...

I can't remember if it worked before (I never used ESM myself in my 
career ;-) ), but please try the latest dev (build 981 or better) that 
should address this issue. I hope it won't generate other side effects...
