[WT-support] ESM and exchange guessing. How to resolve the messages sequence

WT works as intended in S&P mode IF you type callsigns instead of clicking
spots, like you would do in "unassisted" mode. WT doesn't prefill the
exchange in S&P mode like it does in RUN mode, to allow the ESM mode to
work properly.
The problem is that clicking on a spot ALWAYS moves the cursor to the
exchange box (no point in leaving it in the callsign box), and that
prefills the exchange.
ESM mode can't work well in S&P mode given this behavior. I don't think it
has ever worked.
For now, all you can do is press F4 instead of Enter to call a station
after clicking on a spot, then press Enter to send the exchange and Enter
one more time to log it
