[WT-support] support Digest, Vol 40, Issue 6

Hello Bob,
Already done yesterday. 
I use WinTest since 2010 so i'm aware of the parameters for switch to RUN or S&P and how to activate them. 
The only solution I've found is to use the shortcut SHIFT+DEL to clear the report, but otherwise the ESM doesn't work as it should.

I forgot to mention that i use an iCom 7300 with your Win-Test Scripts in order to trigger Voice and CW Keyer but i don't think it's important.

I continue to investigate.
