[WT-support] HQ station prefill files for Win-Test now online

My first attempt to post this did not make it to the Reflector.  Resending
...

The updated HQ Prefill file compatible with various contest loggers is now
available for download as "itu.zip" from this short link:

Instructions for installing and testing the prefill file for each contest
logger is in the file named Readme.txt inside the Zip.

I will continue to update these HQ prefill files whenever new HQ station
callsigns are added to the master list maintained by Joe, OZ0J.

Send HQ station updates to contest at oz0j.dk and I will update the rest of
the files accordingly until shortly before the contest starts.
