Use the Fraunhofer codec instead :

0/ Ensure Win-Test is not running

1/ Download and unzip somewhere 
http://download.win-test.com/utils/fraunhofer_codec_fix.zip

2/ Right-click on the .cmd file and "Run as admin"

3/ Start Win-Test. The Fraunhofer codec should appear.
