[WT-support] Wrong VFO frequency to Clublog Live Stream

Quick fix is to turn off SPLIT, turn on SubRx.  Use VFO A for TX and VFO B
(SubRx) for RX.  Set CONFIG:L-MIX-R to B-B to put both ears on SubRx.
