Did you remember to download, unzip, and run the batch file required to
re-enable the required Fraunhofer MP3 CODEC?

https://download.win-test.com/utils/fraunhofer_codec_fix.zip

Be sure to right click on the batch file and select "Run as Administrator."

This works on all recent versions up to and including Windows 11.
