[WT-support] Spots not appearing in Band Map

Thanks to Larry and others,
I have set the broadcast IP to 127.255.255.255, something I have never done before, having always used the local network subnet mask. It has worked like that for me for around 20 years. I downloaded the latest version, as this PC is a little out of date (this one wasn't used in IOTA last weekend).
I restarted Wintest and the spots are NOW APPEARING in the bandmap.
Out of curiosity I tried using 192.168.8.255 again in both apps and it fails to populate the bandmap. I really want to know why not - it has always worked, even with a single PC! (Don't answer this, I have already generated enough traffic today.)
