[WT-support] Spots not appearing in Band Map

I can confirm the WRTC version does not display any packet spots even it wtDXTelnet running and networking turned on. We'd planned to use it in our WRTC test event - but since we wanted to allow the use of packet to generate the best view of propagation for the sample logs, we we're able to use WT this time.
