[WT-support] Spots not appearing in Band Map

Cluster spots are not appearing in WinTest band map. The cluster is connected and I am seeing spots in the wtDXTelnet app. The spots I see are valid, and ought to be displayed. The Broadcast IP address and Port number match those in WinTest, and the IP address is correct for my local network. The "Disable communication with Win-Test" checkbox is not checked. The DX Cluster window in WinTest is blank. "Enable local network" is checked in WinTest Interface configuration.

Any ideas? Apologies if the solution is staring me in the face!
