Win-Test version 4.54.0 is now available for download:

The update download is also available directly from Win-Test by using
the Help / Check for Win-Test updates... menu item.

- DARC WAG : Rules updated (mults are now counted per mode when
   entering in Mixed category). Tnx DL7YS.

- On VHF+ (2m and higher), it is no longer necessary to fill in the
   callsign to turn the antenna (Ctrl-F12) if the QTH locator field
   is filled and valid. Tnx F5NZY.

- RSGB IOTA : LCR parser implemented.

- Bugfix : When no log was loaded, the table of custom CW abbreviations
   was not correctly initialized.

- CVA DX HF implemented.

- WAE QTC : The option of sending leading zeros is taken into account
   for QTC serial numbers. Tnx N6TV.

- IARU HF : 0/1 indicator added in the Cabrillo output for RUN1/RUN2
   when entering in Multi-2 category. Tnx VK2IA.

- 3D22 added to the callsigns exceptions list.

- LABRE DX implemented.
