Thank you for the screenshots.  Some testing here reveals that if the R*otator
Name* defined in wtRotators is more than 12 characters long, it will not
appear at all in the Win-Test *Windows | Rotators *window.

>From wtRotators menu, select *Controllers > Edit > OB15-7 "The Beast"* and
change the *Rotator Name *to *OB15-7* and click *OK*.  Then in Win-Test
logging window type *RESTART* [Enter].

I think that will fix the problem.
