[WT-support] doubled DX spots in local network

Just a thought from me, Milan,

Could it be that the following option is ticked on the PC that is NOT
running wtDX Telnet:

*Options | DX Cluster | Local wtDX telnet | Start/stop automatically*

If this is ticked, I wonder if it starts a second instance of wtDX Telnet
in the background?

But I may be wrong!
