[WT-support] No e-mail when bought

Hello everyone,
Like many of the hams in my club have recommended, I bought Win-Test on Saturday, 18th of May. Because I do not have a Paypal-Account (and would like to Keep it this way), I used wire Transfer to do so. While I immediately got payment confirmation, the money was pulled on the 21st of May. I have yet to receive any e-mail from wintest with registration keys, customer numbers or such. Is this normal? Is it possible to resend the e-mail or confirm that the mail-address itself is typo-free?
