[WT-support] Correct multiplier for NRAU/NAC microwave

Hi!

Missing the correct multiplier for the microwave bands.

Here's the rules:

1 point per kilometer x GHz multiplier + 500 bonus points for each worked
square.

*Microwave multiplier:*
* 2 GHz = points per kilometer x 4
* 3 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 9
* 5 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 16
* 10 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 25
* 24 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 36
* 47 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 49
* 76 GHz =  points per kilometer   x 64

Is it possible to implement the correct multiplier?
