[WT-support] Please update ARRL Field Day contest to allow self-spotting

Good morning:

The ARRL permits self-spotting in their contests, including the North
American Field Day.  Please add "ARRL Field Day" to the list of contests
allowing self spotting.

We used Win-Test again in Field Day and it worked really well for us.
