The reason most folks cannot receive registration keys any more is
explained in the Win-Test FAQ, here:

One of the only email providers that still allows email to arrive from the
Win-test registration key robot is Gmail.  Most of the others discard those
emails automatically because they don't recognize the Win-Test robot as a
legitimate email sender.

Write to F5HRY to have the email address on your account changed to a free
Gmail account (create one if you don't have one), and you will have no more
problems getting keys instantly (for the near future at least).

The FAQ should probably be updated with a list of email providers that
still work, instead of trying to list all the ones that do not work.
