Win-Test version 4.51.0 is now available for download:

The update download is also available directly from Win-Test by using

- Bugfix: WT might crash in some situation when a configured COM port
   was no longer available. Tks DC8YZ, M0CFW, EW2AA, and DL5NEN.

- ARRL Round Up RTTY : Cabrillo file format updated to v3.

- OK/OM DX contest : The rules of the CW and SSB legs are (finally !)
   unified. Never despair. Tnx OK1IC.

- Bugfix : RSGB AFS : 1 point per QSO (not 10). Tnx PA2A.

- NRAU Baltic : XX Troms added to the LA mults. Tnx SM5AJV.

- RAC Canada day and Canada winter : The permanent headquarters
   station VE3RHQ now gives 20 points. Tnx VE5CPU and VE5SF.

- Stew Perry : LCR parser added. Tnx N6TR.

- Bugfix : LCR report : Using Ctrl-O under some circumstances, may
   lead to a crash.

- Bugfix : Stew Perry : The freq column in the Alt-A wnd was too wide.

- DARC 10m : Rules updated (QSO and mults are now valid per mode).
   Tnx DM6EE and DL7YS.

- DARC 10m : Cabrillo file format updated to v3.

- FT-100 : Fixed freq decoding of the CAT stream. Tnx DL8RDL.

- Croatian DX Contest : New rules implemented.
