[WT-support] Rule change in DARC 10m contest (Jan 14th)

Hi and Happy New Year to everyone.

A rule change was established in DARC 10m contest valid from 2024 which has apparently not been considered in V 4.50.0. In "mixed" participation classes a station may now be worked once per mode and also counts for QSO points & mults (WAE/DXCC and DOK) per mode.

It would be great if this change could be regarded in an updated version of Win-Test before the contest (Jan 14th, 09:00 - 10:59 UT).
