[WT-support] Win-Test 4.52.0 released / Selfspotting ARRL 10m DX Contest not usable

Hi Larry,

i have tested the "Problem"  Win Test works right.

Is not important if you send the qrg oder the callsing at first.

So it need no changes in the next programm release.

Some DX Cluster dont accept spots from the same Callsign which you are 
loged on.

For Example: When i loged on with DC8YZ on the DX Cluster via Telnet 
Node, there will no spots accepted from DC8YZ with DC8YZ to set me self 
into the cluster.

When i log me with a other callsing on the DX Telnet on, Win Test Self 
Spoting Option works with no problem.
