[WT-support] doubled DX spots in local network

Hi Bob,

I have tried to use 10.10.10.255 in 10.10.10.0/28 for sure. Ofcourse 
without success. Defintely, It cant work in IP subnet 10.10.10.0/28. But 
standard 192.168.1.0/24 with broadcast 192.168.0.255 worked fine. I 
decided to upgrade router firmware and oups, everything is working fine 
also in 10.10.10.0/28 with valid broadcast address 10.10.10.15. Here is 
used Teltonica RUT241 router. The new firmware RUT2M_R_00.07.11.2 seems 
to be OK.
