[WT-support] locator in nac 10m test

Hi

I had just work the nac 10m test for oz2nyb and got 3 qsos.

The two danish the wintest know the locator but the swedish did not sent 
locator and wintest did not know it, so I could not log the qso before I 
had fouund it on the web on a locator map.

ChatGPT told me that I maybe could write NOLOC in the locate field but I 
did not tried that, what should I do if I got that problem another time.

My problem is wintest NAC 10m to log a qso without a locator.
