[WT-support] Installing Win-Test under LINUX

Hi,

stupid stuff in the evening:
I tried to improve the installing of Win-Test on Linux, I've typed a stupid
little shellscript and maked a *.deb package from that.

After that you can call win-test on Linux command line.
For me it works well. Have fun.
