Win-Test version 4.50.0 is now available for download:

The update download is also available directly from Win-Test by using
the Help / Check for Win-Test updates... menu item.

- DARC XMas, DARC Easter and DARC RTTY Short contests Cabrillo output
file format upgraded to v3.
- ARRL DX : LCR parser updated. Tnx N6TV.
- Bugfix : OTRSP : Excessive AUX commands were sent when any VFO
frequency was modified. Tnx N6TV.
- YO DX contest : Bands restricted from 80 to 10m and Cabrillo output
file format upgraded to v3. Tnx PA2A.
- Bugfix : WAE EU-side : Under some circumstances, received QTC
date/time could be wrong. Tnx DL7AWO and DL7YS.
- External UDP messages : Better way to send these UDP frames, and
make them compatible with the current version of FreqEZ.
- Bugfix : Contest recorder : When stopping the record or when the
files were rotated, Win-Test could hang/crash randomly. Tnx DL1MGB.
- Bugfix : WAE Non-EU side : If an EU QSO was logged with exchange 000,
and if it wasn't a mult, it wasn't displayed in the transmit QTC
dialog and couldn't been sent.
- Bugfix : The DTR line wasn't correctly set when the DTR always ON was
used. Tnx DL5MLO.
- Add a checkmark to the Intelligent QSL menu item if this feature is
enabled
- SAC : The Q with Russian and Belarus stations count 0 point and don't

- Added support of the Serial-over-TCP/IP protocol (RFC2217). It is a
Telnet protocol extension for controlling Serial Ports remotely.
Hardware devices like the USR-TCP232-302 ethernet module are
supported (please note that USR-TCP232-302 has a limited support
of RFC2217, especially the serial speed which must be set on the
device itself). Software Virtual COM emulators supporting RFC2217 can
also be used remotely, see

some examples how to use com0com-rfc2217.
Unfortunately, RFC2217 extension is not suitable for time-critical
interfaces like WinKey.
