[WT-support] How do I get Win-Test to recognize the correct ARRL Sections for Field Day?

Good day:
 
I've updated the arrlsec.dat file but that doesn't seem to affect the Worked States/Provinces Window or the recognition of multipliers.  NB is a new section, GTA is renamed GH, MAR no longer exists.
 
Thanks - Field Day is in a few days.  I should have tested this before of course - this Field Day is going to be our first time using Win-Test.
