[WT-support] Win-Test WRTC 2022 released

Hi Larry,

I can update to 4.49.0 without problems, but when I try to install the WRTC version afterwards I get the message that DlportIO.dll is not found on the system.
Running Win11 here

The free stable edition of Win-Test for the WRTC 2022 entrants is available.

A complete version with an installer is available here :

http://download.win-test.com/v4/wrtc-2022/stable/wt-4.49.0-wrtc.exe

I also released a version with no installer (only the exe file) - probably what you want to download and use if you already have a complete version of the "official" Win-Test 4.49.0 installed on your computer :

http://download.win-test.com/v4/wrtc-2022/stable/wt-wrtc_4_49_0_no_installer.zip

In either case, and if not done yet, it's recommended to add an exception to your antivirus to install and run.
