[WT-support] LOST REGISTRATION

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Win-Testand have lost my registration  and now shows as a trial version.
Due to computer problems I had to reinstall WIN 10 Pro onto my computer recently.When I opened Win-Test none of my data was there and I noticed it was a trial versionI an customer No 5417W9NWY David Boland
I am currently registered as davew9nwy at gmail.com  which was updated on Oct 31, 2020and currently locked out of the program
I use both emails w9nwy at yahoo.com and davew9nwy at gmail.com so I can accept either email
