[WT-support] support Digest, Vol 10, Issue 8

I'd appreciate some basic guidance. In the ARRL DX Contest, one call was not
recognized: TO5A. I assume it's to do with the country file. But which one?
The download section does not seem to contain the ARRL-DX version.

The microHAM virtual serial port driver will poll the radio even if you
disable it in Win-Test.
It does that as soon as it sees no other traffic on the CI-V bus.

I think it's shown in a different color so you should be able to tell which
commands
come from which source.

If there is no need for your keyer to know band, mode, etc. You can disable
this polling in
the settings of microHAM device router.
