I cannot reproduce the problem on my W11 (home edition) developping 
machine so far.

Is your DTR/RTS pins used for CW/PTT, or are they set to OFF?

Do you confirm that problem indeed occurs with version 4.49 as well? 
This information is important for us, could you please check that carefully?
