[WT-support] Version 4.48 doesn't run on Windows 7

I have an old laptop which I want to use if I go out portable. It is
presently on 4-35-0 and that works fine. I tried to upgrade it to 4-48-0 but
it fails saying it is missing files?

So does the later versions run on Windows 7 or should the laptop be on
Windows 10. Not sure if the laptop is capable of Windows 10.
