[WT-support] Wt 4.44 dll error

Hello everyone,

I am updating our many wt installations and some of the computers give the error "cannot find wtScpSubmit.dll..." but the file does exist.

Any ideas? I have tried reinstalling the update a few times... Hoping I don't need to do a clean install...
