[WT-support] "SciTE for Win-Test package"

I have a new PC running Windows 11. I've installed WIntest and it mostly works, except I cannot assign/edit a key to scripts. When I click the Edit button in the Scripts Manager I get the following error:
"Unable to start SciTE. Ensure the SciTE for Win-Test package is correctly installed."
Specifically I'm trying to assign the functions keys to the PlayM1, PlayM2, etc. scripts.
