[WT-support] MSVCP.140.dll

[Milan Pelech]

I have had the same issue with Win7 32bit. Fixed by google search mscvcp.140.dll, what does it is and installed it in to PC. Google says its part of Visual Basic enviroment, which is needed for new versions of WT.
