Hi Larry,

yes, I tried everything. In the meantime, I've found me workaround with another computer running win-test where the MP3 codec problem doesn't occur. It seems there's some problem with the conexant hd audio driver of the device.

Have you tried with different parameters for sample rate or bit rate ?

For CW, 8000 Hz as sample rate and 24 kbps is normally enough.
