[WT-support] NRAU Baltic

I am afraid that page is ALSO wrong.

It says Vestland in LA is HO. In April this year it was communicated to
logger
developers that Vestland in LA is VG.

This is what is implemented in Win-Test, N1MM, DXLog etc.
