[WT-support] unable to open file CQ-M

 I was unable to open the log for CQ-M last weekend. Received a "fatal 
error" message : Unable to Open File   
C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\CountryFile\CTY-CQM.DAT. I assume that I don't have 
the software to open CTY files. Would appreciate any suggestions including 
what I need to download to open the files (Windows 7).
