[WT-support] RDX Number sequencing

Only for multi-2 or multi-multi should sequence numbers start at 001 on a
new band (for most contests, haven't checked the rules).

Type REOPEN [Enter] in the Win-Test logging window and set the category to
single-op or multi-single.
