I've also been puzzled at times.  When the Secondary Radio window is not
visible, but *CapsLock Binds to Secondary Radio* or *Shift Binds to
Secondary Radio* are enabled, you can type away but nothing will seem to be
happening (if you have accidentally bumped CapsLock).  It's especially bad
on keyboards with no LEDs or indicators of CapsLock state.
