[WT-support] Need registration help

I have been a registered user of WT for many years.  I have installed  a 
full version (4.20.0) on my laptop, but it is requiring a registration  code.  
When I downloaded the full install, it did not require me to enter  the 
Login and Password that was issued to me when I first purchased WT.  
 
After installing 4.20.0, it requires me to select one of three  numbers to 
open the program.  This tells me that it does not know that I am  a 
registered user.  Not knowing what else to do, I followed the  instructions and 
entered my customer number, call sign and computer code ant  submitted the 
registration request.  I have not received a code by  return email. I have tried 
this several times, but each time I get the same  result --- no code.
 
Suggestions please.
