[WT-support] qtc problem (again)

After copying the file, he will have to rename the .qtc file to exactly
match the first part of the log file name, for example NQ4Istn1.qtc has to
become NAQ4Istn2.qtc when moved to the stn2 computer, assuming NQ4Istn2.wt4
is the log file name.  The .wt4 file name on stn2 must exactly match the
.qtc file name on stn2.  That file probably already exists on stn2. so it
will have to be renamed first, or copied over.
