Same keys as for speeding up and slowing down CW:  Alt-F9, Alt-F10.  The
voice keyer speed (or "tempo") is shown at the bottom of the Rate (Alt-R)
window.

P.S. Is there a way to enable the search feature in the support reflector.

Which simply does a Google search with the string "site:lists.f5mzn.org"
added to the search.
