[WT-support] Win test and LOTW dramas

I have recently purchased win test and used this for an expedition to the Isle of Man. Having created a log as ADIF I went to sign the log for LOTW upload but I get a message saying 140000 is out of band. This happens for all bands no matter what mode. The frequency shown on wintest is just 20m. Anyone know how to get around this?
