[WT-support] TS-590's usb driver issue seems to be solved

Before the WPX CW I was asked to look into some Wintest problems on the station- one of them was a stubborn timeout issue with the USB-based CAT. It seems to be solved by updating the driver of the Silicon Labs USB interface. The version on their webpage is 6.7 and fairly recent (March 2014). I used Generic built-in CAT support not Omnirig.
