[WT-support] Error when I open a log file

I am getting the following msg when I  open a log file  in WT:
 
"DAILY detected a network error: Network is going to be disabled.   Cause: 
Bad number of protocol network version."
 
Also, wtRotators is not communicating with my Green Heron.  wtRotators  
says "Com4 to Green Heron: opened".  However, when I click on Ctrl-F12 to  go 
to an azimuth, noting happens.
 
Any help will be appreciated.
