[WT-support] Serial speed for WTROTATOR -- other than 4800 for yaesu

I am using a K3NG arduino based rotor interface
It emulates yaesu but at 9600 bauds

Wtrotator can't communicate with it because it uses 4800. I think the reason is the serial speed. Can I force wtrotator to use 9600 baud instead of 4800?
