[WT-support] wtRotators - wrong Baud rate for Spid RAK

I have just installed test version of win-test and encountered first 
problem.

I started wtRotators and configured controller as AlphaSpid RAK.
Unfortunately, there is no way to define baud rate as it is hardcoded in 
the program - but incorrectly!  Documentation for controller states 1200 
Baud and wtRotators initializes serial port at 4800 as seen from PortMon :
10    0.00284561    wtRotators.exe    IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_BAUD_RATE VCP0    
SUCCESS    Rate: 4800

Any way I can fix this?
