[WT-support] Sporadic-E Contest

Unfortunately, it seems that there is also a requirement to log an optional
"membership number," and there is no place to record that as part of the
exchange, unless you want to use Notes (Alt-N).  That would require you to
do manual editing of the Cabrillo file later, to add the membership number
column.

Therefore, the proposal below may not be satisfactory, in which case you
should probably use one of the other logging programs listed at the bottom
of the rules page, instead of Win-Test.
