Did you *unzip* the .ZIP file so you see YODX.DTB in the /databases
directory?  Do File | Explore | /databases directory in Win-Test.  Do you
see YODX.DTB?

Did you set Tools -> Data Entry -> Exchange Guessing to *Automatic*?

You have to type a callsign like YO2ADQ in the logging window.  Then you
will see "TM" in the "Received exchange window".
