[WT-support] WAE off times

In the WAE, WinTest missed some of my off times.  It correctly picked  up 
two 5 hour off times and one 1 hour off time.  It missed three of my 1  hour 
off times.  I found this in the CAB file, and added the three 1 hour  off 
times that it missed prior to submitting my log.
 
The three 1 hour off times that WT missed were each a few minutes  longer 
than 1 hour, so the program should not have missed them.   
 
I am reporting this in case there is a bug that should be fixed before WAE  
SSB.
