Using a consistent file name on the server makes it much easier to automate
download of updates, e.g. if you install Gnu
wget<http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/>,
you can just use a batch file to fetch the latest version, like this:
wget -N -nv --http-user=n6tv --http-password=my-password
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/wt_dev.zip
(This command does nothing if the file hasn't changed since you last
downloaded it).
